SB Series Suspended platform is mainly composed of suspension mechanism, suspension platform, hoist (mechanicaly operated with motors), safety lock, electric control system, work wire rope, safety wire rope and so on as below with two Suspension Points.

SB Scaffolding Pvt Ltd was selected to contribute to the "Missing Link" project on the Mumbai Pune Expressway, an ambitious initiative commissioned by MSRDC and executed by Afcons. This project aimed to enhance connectivity between Mumbai and Pune, a critical infrastructure upgrade that promises to drive significant economic growth in the region.
The project required surface treatment on the towering pylons, with the pier standing approximately 80 meters tall and the pylon reaching a remarkable 130 meters. Accessing these elevations safely and efficiently posed a significant challenge. The project site was further complicated by deep trenches and hard-to-reach areas on the structure's sides, demanding a highly customized and reliable access solution.
SB Scaffolding deployed its flagship product, the Wingspan - Rope Suspended Platform, to meet these challenges. This advanced platform provided a secure and stable elevated work environment, essential for workers performing surface treatment at extraordinary heights.
The deployment of the Wingspan - Rope Suspended Platform was instrumental in the successful completion of the surface treatment on the towering pylons of the "Missing Link" project. By enabling safe and efficient access to challenging areas, SB Scaffolding played a vital role in the progress of this nation-building initiative.
