Mr. Patil, a seasoned professional holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a C.E.P.C.M. qualification, brings over 26 years of expertise to the Real Estate and Construction Industry. His primary objective is to augment business value and drive revenue growth. His extensive experience spans the execution of a diverse range of construction projects, including Residential (Independent Villas, Group Housing, and Multi-Storied Apartments), Offices, and Commercial Buildings (IT parks, Retail stores, Hospital Building, Corporate offices). He possesses expert knowledge in handling fit-out works in conjunction with allied M.E.P works.
Mr. Patil’s exposure to design, planning, project management, and executing construction projects is marked by his proficiency in value engineering and construction development.

Mrs. Chaskar is a seasoned professional with two decades of experience, having served in administrative roles at multinational corporations, notably Godrej & Boyce. Her corporate journey has ingrained in her the significance of empathy and the art of building robust relationships with employees, clients. Presently, she is at the helm of our International Marketing Division. Her approach to business development has led to the successful formation of joints venture with prominent leaders from the industry. The collaborations have not only enhanced the company's global presence but have also enabled access to new markets and technologies.
